1. The Campaign

1.1 The Camera Giveaway (the "Campaign") is a promotional activity run by NORFH PTE LTD (UEN: 202616626E) ("NORFH", "Five Cents", "we", "us", "our"), which operates Five Cents.

1.2 The Campaign invites eligible participants to book a complimentary review of approximately 60 minutes on their upcoming milestones and financial well being (the "Review"), conducted by an appointed representative of Alpha Wealth Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 200606266H) ("AWFA").

1.3 Participation is free. No purchase is required at any point, and the gift is not conditional on purchasing, applying for or qualifying for any financial product.

2. Campaign Period

2.1 The Campaign runs from 6 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 (inclusive), Singapore time, or until all gifts have been redeemed, whichever is earlier (the "Campaign Period").

2.2 Sign ups must be submitted within the Campaign Period. The Review must be completed by 31 January 2027 to qualify for the gift.

3. Eligibility

3.1 To participate, you must:

• Be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident;
• Be aged 25 or above at the time of sign up;
• Be currently working, whether employed full time, part time, self employed, freelance or on contract;
• Be residing or employed in Singapore; and
• Provide valid personal contact information.

3.2 The following persons are not eligible to participate:

• Students, including full time and part time students who are not otherwise working;
• Full time National Servicemen (NSFs);
• Employees, directors and immediate family members of NORFH PTE LTD;
• Employees, directors and immediate family members of the participating adviser team at AWFA;
• Existing clients of the participating adviser team; and
• Any person whose participation would, in the reasonable opinion of NORFH, be inconsistent with the spirit of the Campaign.

3.3 NORFH reserves the right to verify eligibility, including working status, and to disqualify any sign up that does not meet these criteria. A disqualified participant will not receive the gift.

4. The Gift

4.1 There is no draw and no grand prize. The first 50 eligible participants who attend and complete the Review will each receive one (1) pocket camera (the "Gift").

4.2 Participants may choose either the Sports Camera or the Mini Camera, as described on the Campaign page. Choices are subject to availability at the time of redemption. If the chosen camera or colour is unavailable, NORFH will offer the other camera or another available colour.

4.3 The Gift is limited to the first 50 completed Reviews, on a first come first served basis, while stocks last. Gifts are allocated in the order Reviews are completed, not the order of sign up.

4.4 One Gift per person and per household.

4.5 The Gift does not include a memory card. Product specifications shown on the Campaign page are provided by the manufacturer for information only, and battery life and performance may vary with use.

4.6 The Gift will be fulfilled by NORFH, not AWFA, within 3 to 5 weeks of the Review being completed.

4.7 Once stocks are exhausted, NORFH may end the Gift offer at any time without notice, including before the Campaign Period ends.

4.8 The Gift is non transferable, non exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Where neither camera is available, NORFH may substitute a comparable item.

5. Faulty Units and Replacement

5.1 If your Gift is faulty on arrival or develops a manufacturing fault, you must email hello@norfh.com within 7 days of receiving it, with your full name, mobile number and a short description and photo or video of the fault.

5.2 To receive a replacement, you must return the camera together with all original packaging, accessories and contents in full. Both the camera and the packaging must be returned without damage. Please handle the Gift and its packaging with care.

5.3 Replacements cover manufacturing faults only. Damage from use, drops, water, misuse or unauthorised repair is not covered.

5.4 Replacement is subject to inspection and stock availability. Where a replacement of the same camera is unavailable, NORFH may offer the other camera or a comparable item.

5.5 Requests made after the 7 day window, or returns with missing or damaged packaging, will not be accepted for replacement.

5.6 Nothing in these T&Cs excludes any rights you may have under Singapore law.

6. The Review

6.1 The Review lasts approximately 60 minutes and may be conducted in person or virtually, by mutual arrangement.

6.2 The Review is complimentary. No financial product is sold during the Review.

6.3 NORFH is not permitted to provide financial advice or product recommendations. Any advice given during the Review is provided solely by the appointed representative of AWFA.

6.4 Participants are under no obligation to purchase anything, then or later. Receiving the Gift does not depend on any decision made during or after the Review.

6.5 A Review is treated as completed when the participant has attended the full session with the appointed representative.

6.6 Submitting the registration form does not guarantee that you will be contacted or offered an appointment for the Review. Appointments are arranged by the appointed representative of AWFA at their discretion, subject to their availability and the eligibility criteria in these terms. The Gift is given only to participants who attend and complete the Review, while stocks last. NORFH is not responsible for missed calls or messages. 7. Personal Data

7.1 By signing up, you consent to NORFH collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes of administering the Campaign, arranging the Review, fulfilling the Gift and handling any replacement, and contacting you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.

7.2 Your details will be shared with AWFA for the sole purpose of arranging and conducting the Review.

8. General

8.1 NORFH may amend, suspend or end the Campaign at any time where reasonably necessary, without liability to participants. Any changes will be posted on this page.

8.2 NORFH's decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign are final.

8.3 To the extent permitted by law, NORFH is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Gift. NORFH is not the manufacturer of the Gift.

8.4 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
