1. Who We Are

2. What Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Contact details, birth year, goal age, review topics, preferred time, consent records and timestamps, calculator inputs and results only if you share them. Technical/cookie data may include IP address, browser and device information. Calculator entries are processed in your browser and not sent anywhere unless you submit a form. We do not collect bank, payment or health records.

3. Why We Collect It

3.1 To arrange and conduct the optional Review, respond to enquiries and comply with legal duties. We may use aggregate information to guide content direction; not to provide individual financial advice. We do not use your personal data for unrelated purposes without further consent or a lawful basis.

4. Consent

4.1 Consents are specific, informed, unambiguous and withdrawable. Required consent boxes start unticked; calculator sharing is a separate optional box you may untick. Withdraw consent at any time through hello@norfh.com. Withdrawal may prevent us from completing the requested service.

5. Who We Share It With

5.1 For Review bookings only: a partner financial adviser firm licensed by MAS under the Financial Advisers Act (the 'Partner Firm'). Your details are disclosed only to the one Partner Firm assigned to your booking, for the sole purpose of arranging and conducting the Review. Shared details include contact details, birth year, goal age, topics, preferred time and calculator numbers only if you opted to share.

5.2 Before the Review, Five Cents will tell you the Partner Firm's name and the adviser's name and MAS representative number so you can check them on the MAS Register of Representatives.

5.3 Five Cents only works with Partner Firms that have appointed it as an introducer under MAS Notice FAA-N02 and agreed in writing to the no-selling terms for the Review.

5.4 Service providers for form/CRM, Google Sheets, hosting and storage process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. Review contact records are synced to the Leads tab in the separate Coast FI Calculator Leads spreadsheet. Disclosure to authorities is made only where legally required. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

6. Retention

6.1 We keep submission data and consent records for 12 months, then securely delete them. If you withdraw consent earlier, we delete sooner unless law requires retention. The Partner Firm keeps the data it needs as a separate organisation under its own policies.

7. Security

7.1 We take reasonable technical, administrative and physical measures, including TLS, appropriate encryption, restricted access, system reviews, staff training and contractual safeguards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

8. Data Breaches

8.1 We promptly assess breaches and comply with PDPA Sections 26A to 26D, notifying the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected people where required.

9. Your Rights

9.1 Request access, correction, withdrawal, deletion where applicable, or a portable copy where technically feasible via hello@norfh.com. We respond within 30 days or explain any additional time needed. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission if dissatisfied.

10. Cookies and Tracking

10.1 Essential cookies support the site; analytics and advertising cookies are optional. The pixel is not loaded while using the calculator. A Lead event is sent only after a confirmed Review booking and only if you accepted advertising cookies. No calculator inputs or results are sent to Meta. Cookie preferences can be changed through the cookie controls on this page.

11. Cross-Border Transfers

11.1 Service providers may process data outside Singapore, including the EU, UK or US. We use contractual and other reasonable safeguards to provide protection comparable to the PDPA.

12. Minimum Age

12.1 Review services are intended for people aged 21 and above. Review bookings accept ages 21 to 75. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21 and will delete such data promptly if discovered.

13. Changes

13.1 Material updates are published here with a refreshed last-updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
