FAQ
Is it really free?
Yes. The consultation, your Will and your LPA cost nothing, and you don't have to buy anything, then or later.
What's not included?
LPA certificate issuer fees, any OPG application fees, LPA Form 2, trusts, and changes after your documents are signed. Your estate planner will tell you upfront if anything in your situation falls outside the free Will.
How do I get my gift?
Attend and complete your consultation, then pick a cabin luggage, an air purifier or a S$10 NTUC voucher. Gifts are delivered to a Singapore address within 2 to 4 weeks. You don't need to sign your Will or buy anything to get it.
What is an LPA?
A Lasting Power of Attorney lets people you trust make decisions for you if you lose mental capacity. It's registered with the Office of the Public Guardian.
Does my Will cover my CPF savings?
No. CPF savings follow your CPF nomination, which is made separately. We go through it with you during the consultation.
I wrote a Will before I got married. Is it still valid?
In Singapore, marriage generally revokes a Will made before it, so you'll likely need a new one.

Everyone agrees a Will matters. Almost nobody books the appointment.
