1. The Campaign

1.1 The Free Will + LPA campaign (the "Campaign") is a promotional activity run by NORFH PTE LTD (UEN: 202616626E), 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051, operating the Five Cents brand ("NORFH", "Five Cents", "we", "us", "our").

1.2 The Campaign invites eligible participants to book a complimentary estate planning consultation of approximately 60 minutes (the "Consultation") with one of the participating licensed financial adviser representatives who are Certified Estate Planners (each an "Adviser").

1.3 Participation is free. No purchase is required at any point.

2. Participating Advisers

2.1 The participating Advisers are listed below. Each registration is assigned to one Adviser only.

3. Eligibility

3.1 To participate, you must: be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; be aged 30 or above at the time of entry; be residing or employed in Singapore; and provide valid personal contact information.

3.2 Not eligible: employees, directors and immediate family members of NORFH PTE LTD; the Advisers, the financial adviser firms they represent, and their immediate family members; existing clients of the Adviser assigned to you; and any person whose participation would, in the reasonable opinion of NORFH, be inconsistent with the spirit of the Campaign.

3.3 NORFH may verify eligibility and disqualify any entry that does not meet these criteria.

4. The free Will and LPA

4.1 The Will and LPA are prepared free of charge by the Adviser. This covers the preparation of one standard Will and one Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA Form 1) per eligible participant.

4.2 The following are not included: fees charged by LPA certificate issuers; any application fees charged by the Office of the Public Guardian; LPA Form 2; trusts; and changes requested after your documents are signed. The Adviser will tell you before preparing your documents if anything in your situation falls outside 4.1.

4.3 You are not obliged to have your Will or LPA prepared, and not obliged to buy any product or service, during or after the Consultation.

5. The Gift

5.1 There is no draw and no grand prize. Eligible participants who attend and complete the Consultation may receive one (1) gift, chosen from the gift options available at the time: a cabin luggage, an air purifier, or a S$10 NTUC FairPrice voucher.

5.2 Gifts are given on a first come first served basis, while stocks last, and are limited to the first 50 completed Consultations. One gift per household. The Consultation must be attended and completed. Delivery is to a Singapore address within 2 to 4 weeks of attending the Consultation.

5.3 Each gift option is subject to availability. Choosing a gift on the registration form does not reserve it. If your chosen gift is no longer available, NORFH may offer another available option but is not obliged to do so. NORFH is not obliged to provide any gift once stocks run out.

5.4 The gift is given for attending and completing the Consultation only. It does not depend on signing a Will or LPA, or on buying any product.

5.5 The gift is provided by NORFH, not by the Adviser. Once 50 gifts have been allocated, NORFH may end the gift offer at any time without notice.

5.6 The make and model of the luggage and air purifier are chosen by NORFH. Gifts are non transferable, non exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. NORFH may substitute an item of equal or greater value where a stated item becomes unavailable.

6. The Consultation

6.1 The Consultation lasts approximately 60 minutes and may be conducted in person or virtually, by mutual arrangement.

6.2 No financial product is sold during the Consultation.

6.3 Five Cents is a content brand and is not a licensed financial adviser. NORFH does not provide financial or legal advice. Information on this website is general and is not legal advice.

6.4 Submitting the registration form does not guarantee that you will be contacted or offered an appointment. Appointments are arranged by the Adviser at their discretion, subject to their availability and the eligibility criteria in these terms. NORFH is not responsible for missed calls or messages. If you registered and have not been contacted, you may write to hello@norfh.com.

7. Trademarks

NTUC FairPrice is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, this Campaign. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

8. Personal Data

8.1 By entering, you consent to NORFH collecting, using and disclosing your personal data to administer the Campaign, arrange the Consultation, and contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.

8.2 Your details will be shared only with the one Adviser assigned to you, for the purpose of arranging and conducting the Consultation and preparing your Will and LPA. They may also be processed by the financial adviser firm that Adviser represents, for its compliance and record keeping purposes. Your details will not be passed to any other adviser without your fresh consent.

8.3 You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@norfh.com, and we will delete your details. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

9. General

9.1 NORFH may amend, suspend or end the Campaign at any time where reasonably necessary, without liability to participants.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORFH is not liable for any loss arising from participation in the Campaign or acceptance or use of a gift, save for liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

9.3 These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
