1. The Campaign

1.1 The Luggage Giveaway (the "Campaign") is a promotional activity run by NORFH PTE LTD ("NORFH", "Five Cents", "we", "us", "our").

1.2 The Campaign invites eligible participants to book a complimentary 60 minute financial wellness review (the "Review") conducted by an appointed representative of Alpha Wealth Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd.

1.3 Participation is free. No purchase is required at any point.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To participate, you must:

• Be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident;
• Be aged between 25 and 60 (inclusive) at the time of entry;
• Be residing or employed in Singapore; and
• Provide valid personal contact information.

2.2 The following persons are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, directors, and immediate family members of NORFH PTE LTD;
• Employees, directors, and immediate family members of the participating adviser team at Alpha Wealth Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd.;
• Existing clients of the participating adviser team; and
• Any person whose participation would, in the reasonable opinion of NORFH, be inconsistent with the spirit of the Campaign.

2.3 NORFH reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entry that does not meet these criteria.

3. The Gift

3.1 There is no draw and no grand prize. Every participant who attends and completes the Review will receive one (1) cabin luggage as a thank you.

3.2 The gift is subject to the following:

• Limited quantities are available, on a first come first served basis, while stocks last;
• One gift per household;
• The Review must be attended and completed;
• Fulfilment within 6 to 8 weeks of attending the Review; and
• Existing clients of the participating adviser team are not eligible.

3.3 Once stocks are exhausted, NORFH may end the gift offer at any time without notice, including before the Campaign closes.

3.4 The gift is non transferable, non exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. NORFH may substitute an item of equal or greater value where the stated item becomes unavailable.

4. The Review

4.1 The Review lasts approximately 60 minutes and may be conducted in person or virtually, by mutual arrangement.

4.2 The Review is complimentary. No financial product is sold during the Review.

4.3 NORFH is not permitted to provide financial advice or product recommendations. Any advice given during the Review is provided solely by the appointed representative of Alpha Wealth Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd.

4.4 Participants are under no obligation to purchase anything, then or later.

5. Personal Data

5.1 By entering, you consent to NORFH collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data for the purposes of administering the Campaign, arranging the Review, and contacting you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

5.2 Your details will be shared with Alpha Wealth Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd. for the sole purpose of arranging and conducting the Review.

6. General

6.1 NORFH may amend, suspend, or end the Campaign at any time where reasonably necessary, without liability to participants.

6.2 NORFH's decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.3 These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
