Tax Savings Check — Terms & Conditions

1. The Service

1.1 Five Cents' Tax Savings Check questionnaire, the optional free 30-minute online Tax Savings Check Review (the "Review") are operated by NORFH PTE LTD ("NORFH", "Five Cents"). Open to Singapore Citizens and PRs aged 21 and above. One Review per person in any 90-day period, across Five Cents campaigns. NORFH may pause or end the Review offer at any time.

2. The Questionnaire

2.1 Results are general information based on your answers and IRAS rules for YA 2026, which may change. They are not financial or tax advice, a guarantee of eligibility or a calculation of your final tax bill. Check the official IRAS conditions and consult a licensed adviser.

3. The Review

3.1 The Review is conducted online by a representative of a partner financial adviser firm licensed by MAS under the Financial Advisers Act (the 'Partner Firm'). "Verified" means the representative is listed on the MAS Register of Representatives and appointed by the Partner Firm, and NORFH has checked those details before introducing you. The Review lasts about 30 minutes and covers your questionnaire results and what each flagged area could mean for you.

3.2 Before the Review, Five Cents will tell you the Partner Firm's name and the adviser's name and MAS representative number so you can check them on the MAS Register of Representatives.

3.3 Five Cents only works with Partner Firms that have appointed it as an introducer under MAS Notice FAA-N02 and agreed in writing to the no-selling terms for the Review.

4. No Selling

4.1 No financial product will be recommended, sold or applied for during the Review. The Review is a consultation only. You are under no obligation to buy any product or engage the Partner Firm for any further service. If you choose to seek advice on specific products afterwards, that is a separate engagement you arrange directly with the Partner Firm under its own terms.

5. NORFH's Role and Regulatory Status

5.1 NORFH operates the Five Cents platform.

5.2 NORFH is not licensed to provide financial advice under the Financial Advisers Act and does not provide financial advice, product recommendations, or any service that constitutes "financial advisory services" as defined in the Financial Advisers Act.

5.3 NORFH may be remunerated by participating financial advisers (including Partner Firms) for its introducer service, decoupled from any sales outcome. This is to ensure that NORFH's role as introducer is not aligned with sales conversion.

5.4 For Review bookings, NORFH will introduce the participant to an appointed representative of the Partner Firm. The Review and any subsequent advisory activity will be conducted by the Partner Firm, not by NORFH.

6. Personal Data

6.1 Your personal data is collected, used and disclosed per our Privacy Policy. When you book, you consent to disclosure of your contact details, birth year, topics, preferred time and (only if you ticked the sharing box) your questionnaire answers, income band and flagged areas only to the one Partner Firm assigned to your booking, for the sole purpose of arranging and conducting the Review. You can withdraw consent any time via hello@norfh.com; this may affect our ability to arrange your Review.

7. Changes

7.1 NORFH may amend these terms or pause or end the Review offer where reasonably necessary, including for legal compliance, technical issues or events outside our control. Material amendments will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, NORFH, the Partner Firm and their respective directors, employees and agents are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the questionnaire or Review; inability to use the service due to technical issues, connectivity or circumstances outside reasonable control; participant conduct; or performance of the Review, which is provided by the Partner Firm in its capacity as a licensed financial adviser under its own terms of engagement. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
