Privacy Policy — Prenatal Money Review
Last updated: 8 June 2026
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Prenatal Money Review campaign for expecting parents (the "Campaign") operated by NORFH PTE LTD at fivecents.co/maternity. This is a separate policy that governs only this Campaign. Other Five Cents pages and campaigns are governed by their own privacy policies. If anything here conflicts with another Five Cents policy, this policy applies to the Prenatal Money Review only.
1. Who we are
The Five Cents brand and this Campaign are operated by:
NORFH PTE LTD (UEN: 202616626E)
Registered address: 95C Circuit Road, Singapore 373095
For the purposes of the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"), NORFH PTE LTD is the organisation that collects your personal data through this Campaign.
Questions, requests, or complaints about your personal data can be sent to our Data Protection Officer:
Data Protection Officer
Email: hello@norfh.com
2. What this Campaign is
Five Cents is a content brand on money in Singapore. Through this Campaign, we offer expecting parents a complimentary Prenatal Money Review (the "Review") — a no-obligation financial wellness review conducted by a licensed financial adviser.
The Review is provided by Alpha Wealth Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 200606266H) ("AWFA"), a financial advisory firm licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Five Cents is not a licensed financial adviser and does not provide financial advice.
Participants who complete the Review are entered into a draw to win a S$250 Mothercare voucher, and may receive a S$10 Mothercare eGift card as a thank-you for attending (subject to availability, while stocks last) (together, the "Giveaway"). Mothercare is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, this Campaign.
3. What personal data we collect
When you sign up through the Campaign form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your mobile number
- Your year of birth
- Your baby's estimated due date (EDD)
We also automatically collect limited technical data when you use the page (such as your IP address, device and browser type, and cookie identifiers) and we keep records of your consent (the consent options you ticked and the date and time you submitted the form).
We collect your age and your baby's estimated due date so the licensed adviser can make the Review relevant to your situation — for example, some matters such as coverage timing depend on how far along the pregnancy is. We do not require any other health information, and you should not provide medical details through this form. The Review itself, including any further information the adviser needs, is conducted by AWFA under its own processes.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21. The Campaign is open only to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 21 and above.
4. Why we use your personal data
We use your personal data for the following purposes, on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form:
- To arrange and deliver the Review — to contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp to schedule your Prenatal Money Review, and to pass your details to AWFA so a licensed adviser can conduct it.
- To make the Review relevant — to give the adviser your age and estimated due date so the session fits where you are in your pregnancy.
- To administer the Giveaway — to issue your S$10 Mothercare eGift card after you complete the Review, to run the draw for the S$250 Mothercare voucher, to verify the draw, and to notify the winner.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations — including record-keeping and responding to lawful requests from regulators or authorities.
We will not use your personal data for general marketing or newsletters. We will not sell your personal data. We will not share your details with any other participant or financial adviser — your information goes only to AWFA for the purpose of this Review.
6. How long we keep your personal data
We keep the personal data collected through this Campaign only for as long as needed for the purposes above:
- Campaign and Giveaway administration data (including your name, contact details, age, estimated due date, and consent records) is retained until 24 months after the Campaign closes on 31 August 2026, after which it is securely deleted. This period allows us to administer the Review, verify the draw, and handle any queries or disputes.
- Your age and estimated due date are collected to contextualise the Review and are not used for any other purpose. They are deleted on the same schedule as the rest of the Campaign data, or sooner where no longer needed.
- Where you become a client of AWFA, AWFA retains the personal data it needs as a separate organisation, under its own retention obligations.
7. How we protect your personal data
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data, including:
- Restricting access to the Campaign sign-up data to a small number of named, authorised individuals only.
- Using reputable service providers with their own security controls.
- Reviewing access and removing data when it is no longer needed.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data with measures appropriate to its sensitivity.
9. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, as required by the Transfer Limitation Obligation.
10. Your rights and choices
Under the PDPA, you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and ask how it has been used.
- Correct any personal data that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Withdraw your consent at any time to our continued use of your personal data for the purposes above. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer arrange your Review or include you in the Giveaway.
To make any of these requests, contact our Data Protection Officer at hello@norfh.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, in line with the PDPA. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you have given consent to be contacted by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp and later wish to stop, you can tell us at the same email and we will update your preferences.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top.
