2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to your use of the Five Cents website generally. Where a campaign on this site collects personal data through its own form, that campaign's own privacy policy applies to that data:

If there is any conflict in respect of data collected through a campaign form, that campaign's own policy governs that data.

3. What personal data we collect

• Technical and usage data, collected automatically when you browse the site: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers.
• Information you give us directly, for example if you email us at hello@norfh.com — such as your name, email address, and the content of your message.

We do not collect financial, health, or other sensitive personal data through the general website, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Personal data for giveaways or reviews is collected only through the relevant campaign form, under that campaign's own policy.

We use essential cookies to make the site work. With your consent through our cookie banner, we may also use analytics or similar cookies to understand how the site is used. You can decline non-essential cookies and manage them through your browser settings.

5. Third-party content (Instagram)

Our homepage displays our latest posts from our Instagram account, @fivecents.co. This content loads directly from Instagram (operated by Meta) and may set its own cookies or collect usage data under Instagram's and Meta's own privacy policies, which we do not control. Clicking through takes you to Instagram, where their terms and privacy policy apply.
