1. The Promoter

The Campaign is run by NORFH PTE LTD (UEN: 202616626E), 95C Circuit Road, Singapore 373095, operating the Five Cents brand (the "Promoter", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@norfh.com.

2. Campaign period

The Campaign opens on 9 September 2026 and closes on 30 November 2026 at 23:59 (SGT) (the "Closing Date"). Entries completed after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

The Campaign is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:

• are expecting a child (you are pregnant, or your spouse or partner is pregnant);
• are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents;
• are aged 21 or older; and
• are resident in Singapore.

Employees of the Promoter and of Alpha Wealth Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd., and their immediate family members, are not eligible. One entry per person.

4. How to take part

• Sign up through Complete the Prenatal Money Survey at fivecents.co/maternity2 by the Closing Date.
• The complimentary Prenatal Money Review is conducted by Alpha Wealth Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd. ("AWFA", UEN: 200606266H), a financial advisory firm licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
• You are entered into the grand prize draw upon COMPLETING the Prenatal Money Survey by the Closing Date. Attending a Review is not required for entry into the draw.

No purchase is necessary. There is no obligation to purchase any product or service during or after the Survey or Review.

5. The Prenatal Money Review

The Review is provided by AWFA, a MAS licensed financial advisory firm. Five Cents is a content brand and is not a licensed financial adviser; nothing in this Campaign constitutes financial advice. The Review is a general, needs based financial wellness review and carries no obligation to buy anything.

6. Grand prize

One (1) grand prize of a S$250 Mothercare voucher. There will be one winner, selected from all eligible participants who have completed the Prenatal Money Survey by the Closing Date. The draw will take place within the first week of December 2026 (after the Closing Date).

7. Thank you voucher

Each participant who attends their complimentary Prenatal Money Review may receive one (1) S$10 Mothercare eGift card as a thank you for attending. These are available in limited quantities, on a first come first served basis, while stocks last, and are not guaranteed. Limit one per household, for Review attendees only. Where available, the eGift card will be fulfilled within 4 weeks of Review attendance. Completing the Survey alone does not qualify for this voucher.

8. Winner selection and notification

• The grand prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible completed entries using random.org, and the draw will be recorded for verification.
• The winner will be notified directly using the contact details provided, within 3 business days of the draw (during the first week of December 2026).
• The winner must respond to confirm acceptance within 14 days of being notified. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.

9. Prize conditions

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and have no cash alternative. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a voucher of equal or greater value.

10. Trademarks

Mothercare is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, this Campaign. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

11. Personal data

Personal data collected for this Campaign is handled in accordance with the Prenatal Money Survey Privacy Policy. By entering, you confirm you have read it.

12. General

• The Promoter may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Campaign where reasonably necessary or for reasons beyond its control.
• The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, ineligible, incomplete, or in breach of these terms.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss arising from participation in the Campaign or acceptance or use of a prize, save for liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
