Tax Reduction Review — Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

The organiser is NORFH PTE LTD (UEN: 202616626E), operating the Five Cents brand. Data Protection Officer: See Seng Yang, hello@norfh.com.

2. Campaign period

The campaign runs from 21 September 2026 to 30 November 2026. Bookings submitted after 30 November 2026 will not be allocated a slot.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible you must be 21 or above, a Singapore tax resident for the current Year of Assessment, and a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a foreigner holding a valid Employment Pass or S Pass.

4. Slot allocation

Slots are limited to 10 and are allocated first come, first served at NORFH's discretion. Submitting the form does not guarantee a slot.

5. Cost

The review is complimentary. No purchase is required, no payment is taken, and no product is sold during the session.

6. The review

The review lasts approximately 30 minutes and is conducted by an appointed representative of Alpha Wealth Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd. Five Cents and NORFH PTE LTD are not licensed financial advisers and do not provide financial advice. We are not responsible for any advice, recommendation, product or service provided by Alpha Wealth Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd. or its representatives.

6.1 Submitting the registration form does not guarantee that you will be contacted or offered an appointment for the review. Appointments are arranged by the appointed representative of Alpha Wealth Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd. at their discretion, subject to their availability and the eligibility criteria in these terms. NORFH is not responsible for missed calls or messages. If you registered and have not been contacted, you may write to hello@norfh.com.

7. No incentive

This campaign has no prize draw, gift or other incentive attached. Attendance at the review earns no reward beyond the review itself.

8. Bookings

One review per person. NORFH may decline, reschedule or withdraw a booking.

9. Contact and disclosure

By submitting the form you consent to your details being passed to Alpha Wealth Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd., whose appointed representative will contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email to arrange your review. Your details are not passed to any other party.

10. Important information

All figures shown in this campaign are illustrative, assume Singapore tax residency, and are subject to IRAS rules including the $80,000 personal income tax relief cap. Nothing in this campaign constitutes financial, tax or investment advice.

11. Data breaches

If we become aware of a data breach involving your personal data, we will assess it promptly. Where the breach is notifiable under the PDPA, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and, where required, you.

12. Personal data and your rights

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Five Cents Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. You may request access, correction or deletion of your details from our Data Protection Officer, See Seng Yang, at hello@norfh.com. We will respond within 30 days. If we need more time, we will tell you when we expect to respond.

13. Retention

We keep the personal data collected through this Campaign, including your contact details and the record of your consent, for 12 months from the date you submit the form. After that, it is securely deleted. If you withdraw your consent earlier, we delete your data sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it. Once your details are passed to Alpha Wealth Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd., Alpha Wealth Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd. keeps the personal data it needs as a separate organisation, under its own policies and retention obligations.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
