These Terms of Use govern your use of the Five Cents website (fivecents.co). By using the site, you agree to these terms. Specific campaigns and promotions we run — such as giveaways and complimentary review campaigns — are governed by their own campaign terms, linked on those pages. Where a campaign's own terms apply, they prevail for that campaign over these general terms.

2. Our content is not financial advice

Five Cents publishes general commentary and educational content about money in Singapore. 3. Campaigns and promotions

From time to time we run campaigns, giveaways, and complimentary review offers. Each of these has its own terms and conditions, which you should read before taking part:

Third-party names and trademarks shown on the site (for example, brands offered as prizes) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

5. Third-party content and links

Our site displays and links to third-party content, including our Instagram feed. We do not control that content and are not responsible for third-party websites or services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
